All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Our coffee is roasted fresh, packed, and prepared for shipping after your order is placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
After processing, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on carrier performance and your location.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times may be affected by:
- weather conditions
- carrier delays
- high volume seasons (holidays/sales)
- incorrect address entry at checkout
We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help you resolve any issues.
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

At Lilie's Coffee, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free experience for every customer. Because our coffee products are made fresh to order, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to making things right if any issues arise.
Returns
We do not accept returns on coffee products. Due to safety and quality standards, returned items cannot be restocked or reused.
Order Issues & Replacements
If there is an issue with your order, here’s how we handle it:
1. Customer Error (Incorrect Address or Order Details)
If an order is placed with incorrect information (such as wrong shipping address or product selection), a replacement order can be made at the customer’s expense.
2. Our Error (Wrong Item or Production Issue)
If we made a mistake (such as sending the wrong product or incorrect labeling), we will:
- Cover the full cost of the replacement
- Ship a corrected order at no additional cost
